We hope you can join us for the welcome party on Friday, May 22, from 5-8 p.m. If you are unable to arrive in time for the welcome party, no worries! Please just let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

The welcome party, wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will be outside. Dancing will be inside. Please bring a sweater or jacket, as the coast can be breezy.

Yes, there is parking available. If you choose to use the shuttle to get back to your accommodation after the reception, we will be happy to help you get your car on Sunday.

The welcome dinner will be garden party themed! We will be outside – on grass – so wide-base heels and flats will be your friend. We’ve added a welcome party inspiration photo at the bottom of the page—but no pressure at all. Come dressed in whatever makes you feel great!

The wedding day will be garden formal. Think florals, fun spring colors, linen suits, etc. This will be an outdoor wedding with the ceremony on grass, so please choose your footwear accordingly. An inspiration photo for our garden-formal attire is included at the bottom of the page—please feel free to use it as a guide, but most importantly, wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

We recommend that you pick up your favorite snacks, drinks, toiletries, etc. in Santa Rosa or San Francisco. There is one deli and a few very small convenience stores in the area, but no grocery stores or retailers.
